Program

Genie's Gymnastics rainbow program is a reward system for advancement through Levels.

Following the colors of the rainbow, we have developed a program to introduce your child to gymnastics while advancing at their own pace. Training is provided in flexibility, strength, balance and coordination, and the progression of skills on the different apparatus.

Placement
When your child is placed in a level it is based on their flexibility, strength, and current level skills on the different events.

Progress
Advancement to the next level is based on the completion of skills/routines in your child's current level. Your child's coach keeps an up-to-date chart on each child.

Advancement
There is really no set time frame for advancement. It depends on your child's natural ability, and their desire to achieve a higher skill level.
